All product defects that fall within the framework of the product’s guarantees are easily reported to KP’s service department via our customer portal. The warranty case is received by one of our service technicians who takes the case further to our suppliers and keeps you informed of the warranty process and dispatch of replacement products.
As an option, you can choose to have KP take responsibility for the exchange of the product in the customer’s facility. One of our experienced service technicians schedules a suitable time for your customer and handles the replacement and commissioning of the faulty product, without you having to lift a finger.
